Ghosts from my past.

They seem to turn up whenever I need them the least. Like the week Michael asked me out a guy who I had a crush on all through high school and who is four years older than me asked me out. I spent so long dreaming about this guy and he doesn't consider me until I am taken? Huh.

Also, ex boyfriends make life a pill. Why is it people want you the most when you are off limits?

Are ghosts from your past EVER wanted?! I mean they ALWAYS wait for the WRONG time to turn up, huh?

I had a similar situation a few years back. But I'm glad I was with who I was with... I learned a lot about God's timing. And now I'm married to the guy I was with when "bad-timing-ghost" appeared.

But it definitely makes you think, right?! And re-evaluate things.

Want to know why? See below. Because if you are unsure, if you are stretched, if you are frustrated, if you are impatient you open yourself up to temptation and trials. But the person who sets aside a plan in their heart doesn't get distracted by the ones who will only EVER distract.

It doesn't end with dating. Even when you are married there will be thoughts, and those who can cause your thoughts to go astray so someday, sometime you have to determine in your heart and mind that you're going to stick and stay stuck for life.

The only person that can be tempted is the one who is susceptible to the temptation. Yeah, I thought of that one and it's deep so think about it. ;-D

Jam 1:2 My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials,

Jam 1:3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.

Jam 1:4 But let patience have [its] perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.

Jam 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

Jam 1:6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.

Jam 1:7 For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord;

Jam 1:8 [he is] a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.
